Ms. Rubin did an excellent job assisting us in locating our desired home in our desired location. Although our house hunting process wasn’t long and drawn out because we saw a new construction development that we liked a great deal and made our minds up rather quickly to build, we ended up needing Ms. Rubin during the building process to follow up and get answers regarding delays and lack of communication in relaying those delays and she did that and more. We were scheduled to close two months sooner than we did and didn’t receive an update causing us to have to rent on a month to month basis which obviously costs several hundred dollars more per month. Ms. Rubin stood up for us and stayed in constant communication with the home builder from the moment we all found out they weren’t on schedule. Her actions may have very likely caused them to get on the right track and treat us with the respect and customer service every customer deserves. We highly recommend her services.
