Jeryl is an exceptional real estate professional who has helped us find several homes - from our very first apartment when relocating to the area, through buying and selling our first, and now second home as a family. She will always be the first person we call or refer when we or a friend need a local realtor! She is quick, savvy, responsive, communicative, and efficient. She quickly understands what her clients are looking for and has always been able to able to help us find just the right home. She knows the market and is just who you want when you need guidance with pricing or negotiation. She made buying and selling - as stressful as it can be! - clear, efficient, and even fun. We are so grateful for her skills and experience and can’t recommend her enough! She is a gem! AW

My husband and I were extremely grateful for the experience we had with Jeryl. Not only is she knowledgeable, but extremely hard working. Jeryl never gave up searching for what we were looking for. She went above board for us and persevered if we came across a dilemma. Jeryl secured our new home and made sure to make it a smooth experience and was with us every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend her as a broker to use and we couldn’t be happier with our new home that she helped us find. KM

Jeryl really cares about her clients. She will take you around until you find that place that’s just what you are looking for. That’s what she did for us. And we really ran her all over the place.

Jeryl is knowledgeable and professional. Jeryl takes the time to learn about you and your preferences so she can customize your experience. Jeryl sold our home within hours of it being listed. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone. BR

Ms. Rubin did an excellent job assisting us in locating our desired home in our desired location. Although our house hunting process wasn’t long and drawn out because we saw a new construction development that we liked a great deal and made our minds up rather quickly to build, we ended up needing Ms. Rubin during the building process to follow up and get answers regarding delays and lack of communication in relaying those delays and she did that and more. We were scheduled to close two months sooner than we did and didn’t receive an update causing us to have to rent on a month to month basis which obviously costs several hundred dollars more per month. Ms. Rubin stood up for us and stayed in constant communication with the home builder from the moment we all found out they weren’t on schedule. Her actions may have very likely caused them to get on the right track and treat us with the respect and customer service every customer deserves. We highly recommend her services. Thanks again Jeryl! LP

We spent a year or more looking for the right house and Jeryl was there with us every step of the way making sure we avoided any pitfalls. Today we live in a beautiful house that we are very happy with. So I would give Jeryl 6 stars if that were possible. RR

We worked with Jeryl last year and she was amazing! She was so patient with us and did everything she could until she found us our perfect home! We worked with many other realtors before her, and Jeryl was different from the others. She truly is special at what she does. Work with her and you won't be disappointed :)

The most professional and knowledgeable realtor I've ever done business with. I would highly recommend Jeryl Rubin to any buyer or seller. I was an out of state buyer who was familiar with the property an a friend had recommended Jeryl to me. She negotiated a fair and reasonable price and stayed on top of the entire process which ensured a successful purchase. GM

We can't speak highly enough about our experience with Jeryl Rubin. We were relocating from California to Florida and knew very little about Florida. We were doing a lot of our research from California and needed someone to be our eyes & ears in the area. We met a couple of realtors before Jeryl, but they didn’t give us the kind of attention (an out of state buyer) needs. She is honest and hands-on (she even did video walk throughs for us), and she really helped us narrow down the properties. We would recommend Jeryl to anyone in the market to purchase a home. She was always available to answer our questions. We were impressed with her professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision. We had a great experience! BW

Jeryl was an absolute joy to work with. She was quite responsive and made herself available at almost any time of day or night. She made the process of finding a home a very efficient, virtuallystress-free, and just overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend Jeryl. JS

Our agent, Jeryl Rubin, went above and beyond with this sale. The seller was very difficult to dealwith and Jeryl Rubin from Coldwell Banker was wonderful and very supportive. I couldn't have received better help. CG
